Yesterday, Fi Mackillop and I had a delightful day refining our offering for those coming to the Qigong and Sacred Sound session at The OM Movementt, Hornsby, this coming Sunday 8th March!
We had so much fun, and can't wait to share techniques for you to take away to support your nervous system 💗

Fi is an experienced Qigong practitioner and here is a little information about the practise of Qigong, for those who would like to know more:

🌟Qigong is a complementary approach to health, wellbeing and longevity that incorporates energy gathering exercises, meditations and self-healing techniques to harmonise and powerfully build internal energy or ‘Qi’.
🌟Practising Qigong regularly helps us balance the distribution of Qi flow through the body, benefiting all aspects of life and puts the responsibility for our wellbeing back into our own hands.

I am excited about Crystal Bowls in the Berowra Bush this coming Sunday!
Qigong, Meditation, Sacred Sound.
It is such a beautiful spot, with some pretty pink flowers, flannel flowers and the Sydney red gums with their curvy, smooth limbs.
We have a couple more spots become available, if you are free this Sunday morning 9 -10am in Berowra Heights.
