🎃 Halloween Craft Fun at possAbilities! 👻

Our participants had a spooktacular time today getting creative and carving pumpkins!
There were plenty of laughs, a few cheeky faces (on both pumpkins and people 😄), and some amazing designs that lit up the room. 🕯️✨

We love seeing everyone getting into the spirit of the season and showing off their artistic sides!
Great teamwork and awesome results — well done everyone! 🎨🧡

🌴 A Few Days Away in Rockhampton! 🌞

Our visitor from Widebay had the best little getaway exploring some of Rockhampton’s highlights! 🦜
They visited — the Rockhapton zoo, where we got up close with some cheeky locals (the rainbow lorikeets definitely stole the show! 🐦🍉).

Then we headed out to Mount Hay Gemfields, where we tried our luck digging for thunder eggs 💎 — and found a few beauties! It was such a fun mix of nature, adventure, and a bit of sparkle.

If you’re ever around Central Queensland, we definitely recommend making a day (or two!) of it! 🌿✨

🌿💜 Today we had a special visitor from the Wide Bay region join us at our centre!

She added her colourful handprint to our Tree of Friendship – a growing symbol of connection, inclusion, and belonging at possAbilities.

Every handprint tells a story, and we love welcoming new friends to leave their mark with us. 💙🌸

🍕✨ Cooking up some fun at PossAbilities! ✨🍕

Today our crew rolled up their sleeves and made their very own pizzas – and wow, did they look (and taste!) amazing! From spreading the sauce, sprinkling the ham, layering on the cheese, and of course adding everyone’s favourite toppings – it was all smiles, laughter, and delicious teamwork.

This was followed up by a delicious chocolate cake for afternoon tea 🍰

These moments aren’t just about food – they’re about confidence, independence, and sharing joy around the table. 💙

At PossAbilities, we love creating opportunities where our participants can learn new skills, connect with friends, and enjoy the little things in life – like a perfectly topped pizza straight from the oven!
