Along your healing journey you stop resisting parts of you that were once shamed.
You begin to allow yourself to show up exactly as you are in every moment.
You give emotions space to be felt.
You allow all energies to flow through you.
You give love to all parts of yourself and realise there are no right or wrong parts.
Which means triggering happens less and less.
Because if you’re not in resistance to life and life being yourself, then what is there left to be triggered? ❤️
