The link between stress, anxiety and depression during the holiday period is well documented.

🎄Plan ahead and share the load - Make lists, assign jobs, create a planner breaking tasks into smaller jobs to reduce your to do list.

🎄Forget Perfect - Reframe Christmas, embrace imperfection and create Christmas your way.

🎄Manage the budget- Set an achievable budget for gifts, food and social occasions and stick to it.

🎄Stay Active - A brisk daily walk will boost endorphins, reduce stress and keep your mind happy and healthy.

🎄Limit Alcohol -and eat well if you want to feel good during the festive period.

🎄Help Others- Small acts of kindness is a great way to boost self esteem and support others who may be going through a tough time.
