Storytelling is powerful as it lifts the burden of the deep emotional pain that we carry and bury inside of us.
Our stories need to be told and our pain needs to be witnessed in safe spaces.
Self expression heals the heart and alleviates suffering. ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

As a therapist it is a true honour to be trusted to sit with people in their pain. To be human is to feel both dark and light and find new meaning 🌞 🌑

First we had JELLYCATS then SQUISHMELLOWS and now LABUBU or LAFUFU (if you are after a cheaper version that looks exactly the same lol )🤣 🤫

The rise of these squishy friends is likely the response to the emotional climate Gen Z is growing up in 🙃😳

On the surface these items are all cute and whimsical but psychologically they are deeply symbolic. In an unpredictable world these items bring comfort, grounding, Joy and fun often connecting people to community 🌈🎈 🧸

In a world full of uncertainty buying a plushy with a blueberry hat 👒 🧸 becomes a nervous system regulator!
