Hey everyone 👋

Just a little update! The online coaching biz side of things has absolutely taken off and got me super excited!

While the coaching side of things is busy, it means I need to reduce the availability of massages so I don't get burnt out and over comit myself. As a result, last minute bookings will be less likely and my books will fill up quickly, so please check my booking site often and make sure that you're looking after yourselves between appointments!
