Dennis recently covered an urgent shift for one of our complex care participants, without hesitation. Not only that, he stayed longer than initially asked to make sure everything was taken care of and waited extra time until the next worker showed up.

This isn't a once off. Dennis consistently shows up when it counts, and always brings a calm, positive energy wherever he goes.
