Can we take a moment for this couscous salad? 🙏

Here’s what’s in it:

✨ 1 packet of couscous (cooked as per instructions)
✨ 2 zucchini, chopped
✨ 2 handfuls of baby spinach
✨ 1 cup cooked peas
✨ A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
✨ A generous sprinkle of crumbled feta or goat’s cheese

Lightly sauté the zucchini and spinach then let your couscous cool and fluff it up with a fork before mixing everything together.

For the dressing, just combine 1 tbsp of Moroccan seasoning with 1- 1.5 tbsp of olive oil. Toss it through and you’ve got the easiest most delicious salad 👏🏼 add some grilled chicken and some avo to make it a complete meal!

💛 Endometriosis can feel overwhelming — fatigue, bloating, pelvic or back pain, heavy periods, migraines, cysts.. the list never ends. These symptoms can heavily impact your day-to-day life so it is so important to find strategies that actually help bring some relief.

Current research suggests that nutrition can influence inflammation, hormone balance and symptom management:

- Omega-3s may reduce inflammation and painful symptoms
- Fibre-rich vegetables support hormone regulation and healthy digestion
- Vitamin D, C & E may help reduce oxidative stress
- Limiting trans fats and highly processed foods may ease symptoms

Working with a Dietitian is a great way to help you turn this research into practical and achievable strategies that fit your life. As a fellow Endo warrior I cannot attest enough to the difference dietary interventions can make.

Ever eaten a salad and wonder why you’re hungry again an hour later? 🥗

It’s probably not you — it’s the salad.

Many salads (think classic Greek or garden) are mostly veg — great for fibre and micronutrients but not enough to keep you satisfied.

The difference between a light salad and one that actually fills you up comes down to balance 👇

Fibre base – kale and roasted brussels sprouts for crunch and slow-digesting fibre

Complex carbs – sweet potato, brown rice and quinoa for satiety and steady energy

Protein – grilled chicken and black beans to help reach your protein goals and keep you full

Healthy fats – feta and avocado for creaminess and flavour

Flavour – a chilli maple dressing that makes it all something you want to eat 🔥

When all your macros are covered, you’ll not only stay fuller for longer, you’ll actually enjoy it more… I promise 😉

Fudgy, rich and just the right amount of sweet ✨

SWIPE FOR RECIPE ➡️

These sweet potato brownies are one of my favourite ways to enjoy a chocolate snack that still feels nourishing.

They’re delicious on their own but my go-to is warming a brownie up and topping it with Greek yoghurt and fresh strawberries (highly recommend).

A few tips:
– Bake until just set so they stay gooey in the middle 🍫
– They freeze well, so you can keep a stash for when you’re craving a sweet treat
– Best enjoyed with a cup of tea in hand ☕️

These 3-ingredient banana oat pancakes are a staple in our home — rich in fibre, protein, and slow-digesting carbohydrates to support your energy levels, keep you feeling full and help stabilise your blood sugars throughout the day.

You’ll need:
– 2 ripe bananas
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup rolled oats
– Cinnamon + 1 tsp baking powder for fluffiness

Blend/mix ingredients together, cook, flip — and you’re done ☺️

Top with yoghurt, berries, nuts and seeds or a drizzle of peanut butter for a balanced, satisfying brekkie.

Warm, cozy, and gut-loving 🍎✨
This stewed rhubarb & Apple with chia is one of my favourite nourishing go-to’s — sweet, full of fibre, and naturally thickened with chia seeds. It’s perfect over porridge, with yoghurt, or straight off the spoon 💛

🫶 Here’s the recipe:

2 apples, peeled & diced
2 rhubarb stalks, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger (optional)
1 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
¼ cup water
1 tbsp chia seeds

➕ Add apples, rhubarb, cinnamon, ginger, maple syrup & water to a small saucepan.

Simmer for 10–15 mins until soft.

Remove from heat, stir in chia seeds & let thicken for 5 mins.

That’s it! Enjoy friends ✨

About Naturally Edan Nutrition

Hello; my name is Edan & I have a serious passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals! My specialty is the culmination of a person's nutrition and their environment, and how these together affect human health.

A little about me...

I am so interested in the reasons why we eat the way we do. Our relationship with food is such a vital component of a healthy lifestyle, and it can have such a huge impact on our overall wellbeing: I discovered this for myself when I was only fourteen years old.

At this age, I was classified as overweight. I was being bullied severely at school, and was dealing with my own personal demons.. This caused a domino effect of health problems for the next half-decade.
