Digital Detox “Stress Less” Retreat.

It’s so important to disconnect and recalibrate.
Reset your nervous system, eat clean nourishing food.
Walk slowly, practice yoga, meditate and journal.

I took myself away for two nights and two days, handed over my electronics and started to BREATHE deeply.

Sometimes it’s hard to be the receiver, not this weekend, I totally filled my cup ready to nurture the beautiful souls that will cross my path this year.
