I am a student in the International harp therapy program. Harp therapy is a complementary modality using live, therapeutic harp music to promote relaxation, pain management, and emotional healing, often at the bedside in hospitals or hospices. By utilizing specific, low-register tones and gentle vibrations, anxiety and high blood pressure is reduced, and patient distress is eased.
I retired from nursing after 37 years.
My aim is to finish the course in two years, and be accredited to work in hospitals and hospices
