Our Story
Your Peace Within Yoga & Wellbeing offers gentle and nurturing yoga experiences including restorative yoga, one to one sessions and the Yoga for Wellbeing online course. Yoga Nidra guided relaxation recordings are also available.
Kimberley Roberts teaches traditional Hatha Yoga which progresses naturally and systematically from the physical to the more subtle aspects of our being. The focus of the practice is on embodied awareness.
