If you’ve been navigating sleep changes, mood shifts, anxiety, fatigue, or just feeling “not quite yourself,” this is a gentle, supportive space to pause and recalibrate.

We’ll explore:
• Restorative yoga
• Breathwork for hormonal balance
• Practical tools you can use at home
• Deep guided relaxation

This isn’t about pushing through — it’s about understanding what your body needs now.

So grateful for the deep drop into myself I experienced at .recoveryandwellness today.
Hot plunge brought deep, restful breaths and floating ease in the magnesium-filled water.
Cold plunge brought activation and aliveness.
Three rounds each, then slow, steady breathing and stillness in the sauna.
Such a beautiful recovery and wellness experience. Feeling grounded, clear, and deeply restored.
So grateful for spaces that invite us to slow down, reconnect, and return to ourselves.

Our Story

Your Peace Within Yoga & Wellbeing offers gentle and nurturing yoga experiences including restorative yoga, one to one sessions and the Yoga for Wellbeing online course. Yoga Nidra guided relaxation recordings are also available.

Kimberley Roberts teaches traditional Hatha Yoga which progresses naturally and systematically from the physical to the more subtle aspects of our being. The focus of the practice is on embodied awareness.
