The art of open communication. The willingness to be frank, so that intimacy can prevail itself, creating a pathway to building a strong foundation that is built on trust, based on attributes of respect, honesty, healthy boundaries, vulnerability, being seen and heard.

Having recently married we too were asked many questions before making our commitment to each other. In answering those questions it became very clear, that our choice of life partner was indeed built on strong respectful foundations.

Today, be fearless in finding out who you are, so that when it comes to your turn to making a life commitment to yourself and another, you have clear understanding of why you are taking this committed journey with your best friend, your husband or your wife.
