I have been a bit MIA over the last month. I think we all know too well what December can be like. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I just wanted to say I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and have welcomed in 2026 with open arms and great times ahead! 🙌

If your looking at getting some time to reset after a crazy few weeks not knowing what day is what 🙀 I have you covered. 👌

Sauna & Ice bath rooms are open from Monday 5th January. 

(I will admit it will be hard to have to share them again 😜😜)
