Friendly reminder that judging yourself or others is only doing harm than good.

Whether you choose grapes or wine! Enjoy it don’t judge it. 💥

If you choose not to drink amazing but if you judge people for drinking you’re only doing yourself harm. If you choose to drink but judge yourself you’re also doing harm. Careful of those thoughts.💭

I’ve been sucked into ‘judgement’. & have learnt this is one of the lowest vibration to be in.. 🤮

Raising your vibration isn’t about being constantly happy and in a la la land. It’s about attuning to the frequency of the universe. The way we talk to ourselves and others determines our frequency.

Let’s start with ourselves first. Are we rude to the self, feeling guilty, judging ourself, and taking life too seriously? Are we thinking, “I am not good enough, I am fat, I can never do anything right, life sucks.”

Non-judgment — realise that we all are on this path to learn and accept others with kindness. Let things flow, don’t be a control freak. My little two cents for you to think about this weekend.

Be kind to yourself & others.
Try to practise NON judgement.

One of my favorite pieces of wisdom to live by is that our life is a reflection of the perspective we hold about it. When you look at the current state of your life, what does it reflect? What does it reflect about who you are and how you see yourself? Your relationships? Your work? Your hobbies? Your life purpose? Is your life a sequence of extraordinary moments strung together to make a richly diverse tapestry, or a mundane ordinary paint stroke on a bleak canvas day after day?

We do not need to be in any artificial state of bliss in every moment, but there is a difference between being alive and actually living life. So how are you living your life? Are the majority of your hours of each day joy-filled? Do you most often feel great, blissful and satisfied? Is there awe, wonder and excitement in how you live? Or is there a monotonous, frustrating, pessimistic, or lifeless and perhaps even angry or cynical pattern to your life?

If you can relate more to the second way of living, perhaps it is time to change the lens through which you are viewing the world.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. This quote from Dr. Wayne Dyer is one of my favourite sayings in the world. It shifted things for me in some really amazing ways, and I think it may be helpful for you, too.

Start with the people you interact with. If your friends are negative people, appreciate them for who they are and the lessons that they have taught you. Now start surrounding yourself with positive happy people. People that see life differently. People that are happy to help you bring the positive into your life. Generally these type of people are not looking for anything in return unlike negative people. They are more giving and want to see others succeed in their lives.

In essence, your attitude, beliefs, and expectations about the world shape the version of the world that you are living. Believe that the world is a horrible place and everything sucks, and it will be. Believe that the world is a wonderful place and people are awesome, and that’s what you will experience.

Covering a range of important tools you need to shift your mindset, the workshop will empower you to facilitate change in taking the ‘ego’ out of your current situation, practice transparency and authenticity and provide you with new information & skillset to create a better, brighter YOU in a safe loving space.
What to expect?
Releasing any trapped psychological and physical energies to come back home to your body. This gentle, trauma-informed meditation is coupled with light movement to support you in feeling more grounded and balanced, while focusing on natural breathing to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and embodiment.

Toot Toot!!

My coaches would ask me what wins can I celebrate? I would get so uncomfortable explaining anything I’ve achieved or choke up because it’s so hard to celebrate 🎊 as celebrating or expressing my wins seems arrogant.

However I’m learning it’s part of self love 💖 and respect.

#1 it’s freaking so important to acknowledge your wins!! And you get to celebrate them.

#2 Don’t have high expectations. Don’t expect people to toot your horn you do it yourself.

#3 Be proud of where you are at.

Today I celebrate what such a significant achievement, I had a conversation with friend explaining what I was doing.. and she was so excited for me and told me it was huge... I didn’t even think it was, however reflecting on it now I’m shocked at how hard on myself I am...

Today marks the first day I saw back to back clients in the most beautiful space

Today I get to celebrate a years of hard work... thank you to my beautiful clients for receiving and thank you universe for giving me the strength and power to continue to follow my vision. Those tough times mean nothing when I get to see clients walk away feeling so much lighter, happier, empowered and ready to work through pain that has been blocking them from moving forward.

This is my life.. this is my vision.. this is my gift I get to give. 💥

Feeling so LIGHT 💡 after this morning’s session. Celebrating 6th birthday 🎂

I can ramble on and on about the importance of being kind.. but I’m not! Or maybe I will who knows? 🙄🧐

What I’m going to say is stop ✋ worrying about everyone else’s problem. You can absolutely be there to support people however the primarily focus should be on YOU first.

Taking a minute of silence this morning to think about all those people who have committed su***de, because life got tough or they thought they didn’t matter, or not important enough.

No matter what reason, everyone’s lives matter. We are all here for a reason, a purpose. Check in with yourself daily, then check in with your friends and family.

I’m claiming being an empath who is ultra sensitive to certain energies, I’m working on this everyday. It’s damm hard, sometimes it get so overwhelming that I even have a moment of bursting into tears 😭 because it’s all too much.. yup true story in fact it happened recently.

Is there shame in sharing that I’m also human, with emotions and time to time I need to reflect feel and be? NO there isn’t but for sooo long I shamed myself.. shamed myself when I had a moment of weakness or vulnerability... does sharing my down moments make me “not good enough” or “weak”?

Today, and every day I wake up wondering how I can make an impact, how can I assist those that feel hopeless, need assistance, guidance and ensure that the clients I see master their minds without the MIND being the master of them. This is so important and something I truly and will always stand for.. to support, to guide and to positively influence as many souls as I can. For every soul that heals this universe heals, for every women that heals, we heal the next generation. Self development is a journey, there’s always going to be a chapter in every stage that needs growth and healing and so let that be.

My promise to myself today, is to be kind to myself every darn day.. to acknowledge my wins and to appreciate that I’m here to shake things up..

If people are rude or toxic to be around be extra kind to them they need love. 💖🙏🏻
