Friendly reminder that judging yourself or others is only doing harm than good.
Whether you choose grapes or wine! Enjoy it don’t judge it. 💥
If you choose not to drink amazing but if you judge people for drinking you’re only doing yourself harm. If you choose to drink but judge yourself you’re also doing harm. Careful of those thoughts.💭
I’ve been sucked into ‘judgement’. & have learnt this is one of the lowest vibration to be in.. 🤮
Raising your vibration isn’t about being constantly happy and in a la la land. It’s about attuning to the frequency of the universe. The way we talk to ourselves and others determines our frequency.
Let’s start with ourselves first. Are we rude to the self, feeling guilty, judging ourself, and taking life too seriously? Are we thinking, “I am not good enough, I am fat, I can never do anything right, life sucks.”
Non-judgment — realise that we all are on this path to learn and accept others with kindness. Let things flow, don’t be a control freak. My little two cents for you to think about this weekend.
Be kind to yourself & others.
Try to practise NON judgement.
