They say abs are made in the kitchen… but so are tacos, so I’m a little conflicted. 🌮😂

I’m all about that hustle bubble during the week, but balance is key—and you better believe I’m living that 80/20 lifestyle.

Because life’s too short to skip the guac on your corn chips! 🥑✨

This insane Mexican spread at in Bondi did not disappoint. I mean, tacos and margs? Name a better combo… I’ll wait. 😍🍹

Reminder: One meal out won’t undo your progress. It’s what you do consistently that matters.

Forever Chasing Progress, Not Perfection 💫

Fat loss, fitness, and transformation aren’t about being perfect—they’re about showing up and doing your best, even on the tough days 💪🏼

✅ My diet isn’t 100% perfect all the time
✅ My training isn’t always on point
✅ And let’s be real—life happens

But I keep going. I show up for myself, even when motivation is low, even when things aren’t going to plan 👊🏻

Because at the end of the day, progress happens when you keep moving forward—not when you wait for the “perfect time” to start 😊

So if you’ve been holding back because you’re not “ready” yet… just start.

Make one small change. Do one thing for yourself today. Because small, imperfect actions will always get you further than waiting for the perfect moment. 💯

Back into my routine & feeling GOOD 💪✨

➡️ 1800 cals weekdays
➡️ 2000+ cals weekends for flexibility & meals out
Loving the balance—1-3 meals out per week, whether it’s Fishbowl, Greek, or chicken & salads. Still hitting my goals while enjoying food I love!

Nutrition? I do it all myself, of course! 💛

So happy the festive season is behind us—time to lock in! 🔒

This month, I’m aiming for 1-2 social events where I’ll have drinks, keeping it intentional while still living life 💃🏼

Current Training 🏋️‍♀️
✅ 5x weight training with 
✅ 1 HIIT session
✅ 1 full rest day
✅ 10K steps per day

Finally beat jet lag (thank god 🙌), and feeling like myself again!
