So obsessed with how these mats turned out 🥹😍

One thing I knew when I was opening up studios was that I was never going to have the type of studio that didn’t have mats, made you bring your own or charged you a fee to use one, as I truly believe the energy of the space starts by you being able to step into a place that feels welcoming and set up for you.

When I was created the designs, I had no idea how they’d look in real life, but just knew I wanted something unique for the studios that represented the energy behind them.

They took months longer than to arrive, but now they are here I’m so so excited to share them with you all.

We will be selling a couple of these as limited edition. If you’re interested be sure to keep your eyes peeled for when they drop 😍👀

A reminder for everyone who enters our doors.

The Wellness Studio is intentionally designed with the nervous system as the primary focus.

We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone (no matter where you are at) and our teachers as we know how hard it can be to find a space that feels safe in this industry.

We adore our community and you’ve shown us that this style of kind, conscientious community is possible and want to continue building a community as amazing as you all are.

So just as a reminder to anyone who walks through our doors.

The most beautiful morning celebrating life on International Women’s Day 🩷

Oceane has been part of our studio community since before I even took over the space. Doing her own reiki trainings here, so it felt incredibly special to be able to hold and honour her and her baby this morning with all of her closest people with a Blessing Way.

We shared a beautiful meditation, sound bowls, and closed with the ancient red thread tradition, symbolising the connection between women, sisterhood, and the lineage of mothers who came before us.

Moments like this honestly remind me how sacred it is when women gather in circle to hold one another through all of life’s journeys ✨

To all the women, may you remember that you are loved, supported and deeply held by all woman here now and who walked these paths before you. 💛
