PATIENCE visited me,
And reminded me,
That good things take time to ripen,
And grow slowly, steadily.

PEACE visited me,
And reminded me,
That I can remain calm in the storms of life,
Regardless of the chaos swirling around me.

HOPE visited me,
And reminded me,
That better times await me,
And it will always be there to guide and uplift me.

HUMILITY visited me,
And reminded me,
That I can achieve this not by belittling myself,
But by focusing on serving the world and uplifting others.

KINDNESS visited me,
And reminded me,
To be gentler, more forgiving, and compassionate with myself
And with those around me.

CONFIDENCE visited me,
And reminded me,
Not to hide or suppress my talents and abilities,
Just to make others feel comfortable,
But to embrace all that makes me unique.

FOCUS visited me,
And reminded me,
That othersโ€™ insecurities and judgments are not my problems,
And I must redirect my attention back to myself.

FREEDOM visited me,
And reminded me,
That no one can control my mind, thoughts, and well-being,
Only I can.

AND LOVE visited me,
And reminded me,
That I donโ€™t need to seek it in others,
For it resides within me.

THE CAGE AND THE DECISION...

the crippling fear of being wrong and regret or the consciousness of learning and experimenting

We're afraid to live because we haven't yet understood the true meaning of what we came here to do.

WE HAVE COME TO SUCCEED. IF ANYTHING WE CAME TO DISCOVER AND "UNDERSTAND" THAT LIFE HAS TWO AVENES:

The one where we wander alone with our mental trying to understand, debate, make a name, a place, a good image, a good credit score, a good reputation, to look good, etc.
That avenue where decisions are so hard to make because they come from the mental that measures, weighs, blames and where we believe in failure, regret, guilt, judgement.
The one where you feel in a cage, locked and taken spinning in circles so long before you open the door to "risk" something.

And the one on the opposite but in the same space-time, where faith opens a door where everything seemed blocked, where it creates a possibility where everything seemed finished, where it installs clarity where everything seemed black, where it speaks of love where others speak of distrust, where it allows you to see a beauty in others.
That avenue where decisions come from feeling without pressure because it's all about allowing yourself to LIVE through a new transforming experience at all times.
The one where there is no prison, only the freedom to LIVE and EXPLORE.

This pressure of not being wrong is old legacy we have passed on to our young people.
The sentence: "THINK WELL AHEAD" is heavy and incomplete.
Need to add: "AND THEN FOLLOW YOUR HEART"

There is no sandbox that indicates that at such an age you have to be returned here or there.
It's only our soul which is thirsty not for more money or fame,
but more peace, love, beauty, joy and a conscious presence.
It's this wealth that she thirsts for.

It's high time you let go of the pressure you put yourself on with decisions in your life,
because it's just a strategy of the ego to keep you away from the divine.

I will hide under your blanket with you ๐Ÿ’—

Piglet let himself into Pooh's house to find his friend lying on the floor under his kitchen table with a blanket over his head.

"Um... Pooh? What are you doing?"

"Hiding," muttered Pooh.

"Hiding from what?"

"Everything," said Pooh with a heavy sigh. "Listen, I know we were meant to be going out with Rabbit and Tigger for a few drinks tonight, but I just don't think I can face leaving the house today. You go without me. I'll be Absolutely Fine."

Piglet stood for a moment, looking at the blanketed mound of his friend underneath the table. Then, carefully, he took off his shoes, lowered himself down onto the floor, crawled underneath the table and put his head underneath the blanket next to a surprised looking Pooh.

"What are you doing?" asked Pooh.

"I'm just being here," said Piglet. "With you."

"But I'm Absolutely Fine," said Pooh. "You go out and have fun. I'll be Absolutely Fine."

"No," said Piglet. "All things considered, I don't think that I will go out. I think that, actually, I'm going to stay right here with you, under the table, with our heads underneath a blanket. Because what I have learnt, over my many years, is that the people who say that they're Absolutely Fine... actually are quite often the people who need a good friend with them most of all."

Pooh gulped, and found that he couldn't actually speak, but he nodded his head so vigorously that he nearly dislodged the blanket from atop them, and Piglet understood completely ๐Ÿ’•

Our first demonstration night is racing towards us at a great rate of knots! We don't do these nights often and we try and create a beautiful evening where laughter, tears and connections are beautiful. There's always something to share with the group. There are some seats left and we try and ensure everyone gets a reading of some description!

Who made a difference in your world ? ๐Ÿ’—

A worthy repost.

Possibly the most important thing you'll read this year...

The following is the philosophy of Charles Schulz, the creator of the 'Peanuts' comic strip.

You don't have to actually answer the questions. Just ponder on them. Just read it straight through, and you'll get the point.

1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.

2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners.

3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America pageant.

4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize.

5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress.

6. Name the last decade's worth of World Series winners.

How did you do?

The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday.

These are no second-rate achievers.

They are the best in their fields.

But the applause dies.

Awards tarnish ...

Achievements are forgotten.

Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners.

Here's another quiz. See how you do on this one:

1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school.

2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time.

3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile.

4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special.

5. Think of five people you enjoy spending time with.

Easier?

The lesson:

The people who make a difference in your life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money ... or the most awards. They simply are the ones who care the most.

Empowering You to be the best You can be

For most of my life I remember having the passion to assist others in being the best they can be. It has been easy for me to see the potential that others have within and the excitement is watching those people shine and develop and begin to love and respect themselves.

This journey for me is 51 years young, in this lifetime. During that time I am eternally grateful for the experiences I have had, They are a gift to me for learning and increasing my own awareness and vibration, so that I am able to assist many others.

With a diploma in business management, personal experience of three successful business, certified life coaching, energy healing, and reiki, all encompassing to assist you in a highly-transformative mentoring technique for both personal and business growth. Inspiring you to be the best that you can be.

I too am human and whilst my own personal lessons have been and are painful and difficult and I have shed my fair share of tears, I am blessed to be able to see the potential to improve myself every step of the way. I have been able to master the stage of spiritual growth, being โ€œmanifestationโ€. This has increasingly become my strength and this is the wisdom and knowledge I would love to impart to others to ensure they too can live their life on purpose.
