Spring into garden mode! 👩‍🌾👨‍🌾
The weather is warming up, it is time to nurture your green thumb and enjoy the outdoors 🌱🌳🌺🔆
While digging, planting, mowing, raking and tending to your garden, don't forget to stretch and take care of your body too !
Here are some helpful tips for maintaining your spinal health this Spring 🙌
🌱Gardening is just like exercise, make sure you do some gentle stretches before you get started.
🌿If you are going to be lifting heavy objects, be sure to bend your knees, use a wheelbarrow if you have one handy.
🍃Make sure you have all the right tools on hand for the job.
🌻Kneeling on something soft and comfortable will protect your knees and joints.
🌼Take regular breaks, keep hydrated, and remember to keep stretching.
