My counselling approach fosters well-being by exploring and analysing your internal narratives, drawing from Carl Jung’s insights on the psyche; specifically, the unconscious mind. A central aim of my therapy is to construct a more positive inner narrative, which involves breaking down your negative thoughts and replacing them with constructive ones. To achieve this, I use various evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are tailored to your needs. These approaches include but are not limited to narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational therapy, and expressive therapies. The goal of a combination of therapies is to encourage non-directional, autonomous, congruency, encapsulated in non-judgement, genuine, and empathetic understanding. By adopting and putting into practice the aforementioned strategy, I hope to promote your independence and autonomy in life, as well as your overall well-being.
