My counselling approach fosters well-being by exploring internal narratives through a depth-oriented framework informed by Carl Jung’s work on the psyche and the unconscious. I draw on psychoanalytic and depth-psychological therapeutic techniques in an evidence-informed manner to help identify recurring emotional patterns and support meaningful psychological change. A central aim of my therapy is
to construct a more positive inner narrative, which involves breaking down your negative thoughts and replacing them with constructive ones. To achieve this, I utilise various evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your specific needs. These approaches include but are not limited to narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational therapy, and expressive therapies. The goal of this integrative approach is to support personal agency and meaningful growth within a non-directive framework grounded in genuine, non-judgmental, and empathic understanding. By adopting an integrative, depth-oriented, and client-centred approach, my work is grounded in reflective, collaborative, and attuned therapeutic practice that supports insight, autonomy, and meaningful change.
