I am honoured to be an affiliated member with several prominent institutes in my professional field, including the Australian Institute of Counselling (ACA), the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), the Counsellors Victoria Inc., the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (ARCP), the Network of Counsellors in Private Practice (NCPP) and the Australian Community Counselling Association (ACCA). In addition, I have earned a PhD and Master's in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from institutions abroad. Although I have chosen to focus on my counselling and psychotherapy practice and not pursue my career in those fields, the invaluable knowledge and experiences gained significantly enhance my therapeutic practice. My extensive experience spans several years of working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and unique needs. Having walked in similar shoes, I genuinely empathise with your journey. My aim is to provide you with an environment where you feel acknowledged, empowered and accepted just as you are. I am here to validate your experiences and offer a confidential and trusting space that encourages you to discover new effective ways of relating with yourself and others.
