The life you most desire always takes you the most healing to create …I’ve been on quite a healing journey with my Nervous System creating a life that embodies what I know to be true that the state of my nervous system guides everything 🌸

What I will be offering are gentle deeply healing but so very powerful Energy healing sessions created from my many energy attunements I also incorporate sound, crystals & flowers also as an intuitive reader I offer guidance on energy regulation & spiritual connection ~ every session is unique to the person I am working with
To bring myself back into alignment with the work I love to share ~ I embody it ~ to bring a state of safety, calm, presence, joy … hourly, daily, weekly it is something we need to thrive especially in the world that can feel so unstable…

Really need an extra day in the week … keen to do more pinks … these shots for inspiration some from a photographer on a Nuts about Gums page the others are from my favourite Denmark Cafe Kindfolk … Kaya makes her space a community of coffee, chats & cake just so beautiful with flowers everywhere 🌸💕🌸

Sunflowers 🌻 I’m loving all the sun flower joy in my garden … hoping to store some seeds from these stunners to seed amongst the big field this year and have some variety to the glow of gold

All from seeds I planted in January seeded in trays after soaking in seaweed emulsion for 24 hrs prior to going into seed raising mix took 3 weeks to get to just right for the ground 🌻🙌🥰

Next seasons field is in planning stage … 🙏
