Today, we honour the Mums.

The ones who raised us, guided us, loved us fiercely and held so much together — often quietly, often without recognition.
We celebrate the women in mothering roles, the step-mums, grandmothers, aunties, mentors, mothers-in-law and chosen mothers who offer care, wisdom and steadiness in so many forms.

And gently, we hold space too for those whose Mum is no longer here physically, but whose love still lives on in memory, ritual, stories and the shaping of who we are. Mother’s Day can carry tenderness and ache all at once.

We also pause to acknowledge Mother Nature — the great nurturer who reminds us daily of resilience, cycles, nourishment and belonging.

Today, we simply say thank you.
For the unseen things.
The necessary things.
The ordinary yet essential acts of care that hold families, communities and hearts together.

May you feel appreciated, remembered and deeply valued today 🤍

We truly hope that you have had the most amazing day xx

Cold wind, warm bread, happy dogs, hot tea… autumn is certainly making itself known this morning. 🍂🍞🍯

With freshly baked sourdough on the bench (and the delicious honey close by!), we’re settling in to complete the final preparations for Grounded — our upcoming rite of passage retreat for young men.

We’re feeling incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement and trust this initiative has received from our community. It has truly been a collective effort. 🤍

Only 2 places remain, and we’re so looking forward to welcoming this wonderful group together very soon.

May is a gentle reminder that mental health isn’t about being “on” all the time. It’s not constant happiness or having everything neatly in place. It’s something far more human.

It’s the capacity to feel deeply…
to move through hard moments and still find your way back…
to rest when you need to, and rise again when you’re ready.

Good mental health can look like:
• allowing yourself to fail without shame
• learning as you go, even when it’s messy
• laughing when light returns
• asking for help when it doesn’t

It’s not perfection — it’s resilience, awareness, and self-compassion woven together over time.

This month, may we soften the expectations we place on ourselves and others.
May we hold space for the full spectrum of being human.
And may we remember that thriving doesn’t mean never struggling — it means continuing to show up, gently and honestly, for our own lives.

If today feels heavy, go gently.
If it feels light, soak it in.
All of it belongs 🤍

For the dads of teenage boys…

Your son is watching you.

How you carry yourself.
What you value.
What you encourage.
What you say yes to.

At this age, your endorsement matters.

When you tell a son,
“I think this would be good for you,”
he hears more than words.

He hears belief.

Grounded is about challenge, responsibility, mentorship and connection — things many boys are hungry for, even if they don’t know how to ask.

Sometimes a father opening a door is all it takes for a boy to step through it.

For the mums of teenage boys…

You often feel things before anyone says them aloud.

You notice the shifts.

The withdrawal.
The pressure.
The uncertainty.
And also the beautiful strength emerging.

You hold hopes for your son that he may not yet have words for.

That he grows confident.
Kind.
Capable.
Grounded.

Grounded was created with those hopes in mind.

If something in you has been nudging,
“This could be good for him…”

trust that instinct.

Sometimes a mother sees an opening before her son sees it himself.

Good evening 🤍✨

There’s something quietly powerful about a full moon rising—soft, luminous, and steady. Tonight’s moon invites us to pause, to notice, and to remember that we, too, are part of nature’s cycles.

At Nunyara Farm, we often return to the wisdom of Wayapa Wuurrk—Earth connection as a way of being. The full moon sits within this philosophy as a time of illumination, reflection, and gentle release. Just as the moon reaches her fullest expression, we are invited to acknowledge what is coming to fruition within us… and what may now be ready to be let go.

The lunar cycle mirrors the rhythms of life:
🌑 New Moon – intention, beginnings, planting seeds
🌓 Waxing Moon – growth, momentum, building energy
🌕 Full Moon – clarity, gratitude, release
🌗 Waning Moon – rest, integration, letting go

Tonight, under the fullness of the moon, you might like to:
• Step outside and simply be present—feel the earth beneath your feet, the air on your skin, the vastness above you
• Reflect on what has come into your life over the past weeks—what feels aligned, what feels heavy
• Write down anything you’re ready to release, and (safely) burn or bury it as a symbolic gesture
• Move your body gently in flow with the moon acknowledging it's governance of the waters across all the water ways - the oceans, the river systems, the water within our bodies
• Offer gratitude—for growth, for lessons, for this moment

There’s no need to do it perfectly. The invitation is simply to notice, to connect, and to honour your place within the greater cycle of life.
The moon reminds us: we are allowed to change, to ebb and flow, to shine and to rest.

With you under this beautiful sky,
Nunyara Farm 🌿🤍✨

What if three days could plant something that grows for years?

What if your son came home a little more confident…
a little more steady…
a little more connected to himself?

What if challenge, nature and positive mentorship helped unlock something in him?

What if this wasn’t “just a camp”…
but a turning point?

These are the questions that shaped Grounded.

A question for parents of teenage boys…

If you could wave a magic wand over your son and change one thing — just one — what would it be?

More confidence?

Less anxiety?

Greater motivation?

More engagement?

Less time on devices?

Healthier friendships?

More resilience?

A stronger sense of who he is?

We ask because often beneath the surface, many parents are carrying quiet hopes for their sons.

Grounded was created in response to those hopes.

What would your “one thing” be? We'd love to hear from you!

There’s something quietly powerful about a new Monday… a gentle invitation to begin again.

To trust what’s already within you.
To move at your own pace.
To believe—softly, steadily—in the magic you carry, even on the days it feels a little harder to find.

Let this week unfold with intention, kindness, and a little curiosity for what might be possible.

You are more capable than you think 🤍✨

*** EARLY BIRD OFFER EXTENDED***

A gentle reminder for parents who may have thought…

“Yes… this feels like something my son would benefit from.
I must look into that tonight…”

…and then life happened.

We understand.

Life is full.
Teenagers are busy.
Days move quickly.

Sometimes the things that matter most get pushed aside simply because there is so much to hold.

So this is just a quiet nudge.

If Grounded has been sitting in the back of your mind, perhaps come back to that feeling.

That instinct.

That knowing.

Sometimes a parent recognises an opportunity for their child before the child sees it themselves.

And sometimes taking the next step is simply saying yes.

We’d love to walk alongside you in that.

If this feels like something your son would benefit from, now is the time to secure a place.
