There are still spots left for this safe & powerful event this Saturday in Briagolong.

We start with an open heart and will invite Cacao with each other (heart medicine). This will be followed by 20-30 minutes of journaling where we will intentionally write down ‘what no longer serves us’ what beliefs, patterns, roles or habits that can no longer come with you this year.

Then…. We invite the Fire Horse energy 🌻

We are entering the Year of the Fire Horse —
a time of momentum, bravery, independence, and bold creation.

What are you being pulled toward — even if it feels big, wild, or slightly uncomfortable?

We then will prepare ourselves for a 9D Breathwork journey where deep transformation and healing occurs 🥰

A light afternoon snack with herbal tea will be provided to ground us and help with integration in which you will then get ready for a rejuvenating Sound Bath.
