Ignoring the signs of menopause (or perimenopause) is like jumping out of a plane without a parachute… it’s probably not going to end well.
Putting your fingers in your ears and yelling “lalalalalallaaaaaa!” isn’t going to make those hot flashes go away.
It’s not going to make up for the lack of sleep or hormonal changes.
It’s just not gonna cut it!
You can try the latest meno trend, a new cream, a new supplement and sure maybe it works for a bit then splat 💥 off the bandwagon you go and it all starts again.
It’s not enough … you’re suffering, your loved ones are suffering and it’s just plain miserable!
No one wants to live like this for months or years on end… BUT it’s easy to turn this around in two months.
You can make a decision to put yourself first and make some easy adjustments to your diet that will help hormonal imbalances. ☯️
You can have better sleep patterns 🥱
You can check your moods before you wreck yourself (ok not quite rhyming but you get my drift 😉 🧊
You can have energy for the things you love and rest when it’s time
And all of this is going to create a stable foundation for you to enjoy your life!
