Join us for Embrace the Change, a supportive 2 hour workshop with Belinda Brown from Sheoak Wellness , designed to help you better understand what’s happening in your body and feel more in control of your symptoms.

My whole life would’ve looked so different if I’d been taught about my cycle from the get go!

I’ve heard this so many times!

Mothers telling me their relation with their body would be completely different knowing what the know now!
