Hey all!

💌Checking in, and to share my individual space and what's been going on for January.

💟I can feel everything gearing up to be led into the Fire Horse year for 2026, still have shedding going on personally.

🤍I am clearing alot of self doubt, working on sitting in my emotions more, talking more to the universe and asking questions, listening to the intuition and guided messages, signs. Tuning in more.

😇My biggest message I have received is FLOW.
Not fighting against the river amd focussing on flowing more freely. Not trying to control everything.

🩵I have also been looking at leases to start my dream.

💫Ive been working on advertising ny EMK Kinesiology services. Ive felt stuck with this at times whilst juggling my current office job through the day full-time. And trying to fit in content creating also.
But, im doing it, and im open and im ready to let it flow.

💞I feel eager and ready to help people with balancing them with EMK Kinesiology.

💛What is one word thats coming to you when you tune in? I invite you to close your eyes, breathe in and take a breath out letting out any tension, open your crown Chakra to recieve a message from the universe and your higher self.

Hello, Welcome to 2026! The year of the Horse 🐎

I enjoyed some quality time with the family and much needed rest and thought processing time over the break.

I am so ready to gallop into the year and have been busy setting up an online booking system which is officially accessible from this Instagram profile and

It's official - I did it! I am now a fully qualified EMK Kinesiology Practitioner! 🎓

I screamed with excitement when this came through today.

Two years of training and the study, time invested, perseverance, family and friends support has got me here.🤍

A huge thank you to my husband who has encouraged me into completing this and has taken care of the kids whilst I have attended each course, I appreciate you immensely for this. X❤️

To my friends, family and all case studies who volunteered your time to have me practice on you - thank you so much for your support, I appreciate you x💛

Thank you so much to for your endless encouragement and strong teachings of the EMK Kinesiology courses, and for welcoming me into Brisbane life and having me in your Auras class.
I appreciate both of you for each of your individual skills shared with me. X🙏

And for creating this whole modality as the founder of EMK Kinesiology, for sharing your knowledge and skills with me and many others. X🙏

It seems my linking of my Instagram page and page are not coinciding.
So here is some updates from. My Instagram page of late.

During a nature walk thismorning I stopped to record the flow of this river flowing freely over the rocks and down towards its final destination.
It spoke to me as I have been feeling emotional of late, and how just allowing these emotions to flow and for life to flow and for whatever is to happen, happen, let it, understand you'll be ok no matter what, you can't always control things or control life or other people, let go and allow the flow with a positive intent.

Lately I have been working on connecting with my inner self and getting to know who guides me, she is Freya the Norse goddess of the moon and love, I drew her card when giving myself a reading from my new oracle cards, representing where I'm going in life, it couldn't be more accurate. It's comforting to know when you connect in the protection we actually have when we ask for the right guides' assistance.

I am focusing on learning so much more and opening up my spiritual channel a lot this year before completing my practitioners course in Emotional and Metaphysical Kinesiology at the end of this year.

Australia is making it so easy too, it has so much to offer and I am so grateful to be positioned here in life. Thank you Universe for bringing us here.
