Today marks 3 years 🥳🌞🎉

This time last year I reached two years sober, I wanted to shout it from the roof tops. I wanted everyone to know what I had achieved, I even had a photoshoot to celebrate!
It. Was. A. Big. Deal 👏🏽

Today as I am reflecting on reaching 3 years sober, there is sense of accomplishment and ownership that now comes with my sobriety.

There has been shift to where I want to help people realign themselves to their highest timeline, to live their best and most fulfilled life...like how I did! I wish to inspire their journey of self discovery and empower them to take action to change.

I believed in myself three years ago, you can believe in you too 🧡 Please each out if you, or anyone you know could use some help getting sober or staying sober.

"The Mist: Trust your inner compass. Be led from within"

I chose to be led from within, to tune into my soul, into my intuition, into my inner compass. Without listening to the nudges and soft words of my soul, I would not have birthed my Sacred Medicine Drum.
Listened and trusted to what my soul and intuition were telling me.
Not only did my drum crack me open, it also led me to my orange 🧡

You have all that you need within you, you just need to learn to TRUST yourself. Spirit always has your back 💙
