You love the work. So why does it feel like it’s breaking you? 😔

Exhausted. Resentful. Conflicted.
Even though you love the work.

In this episode of ADHD Her Way, I sit down with Dr Hayley Kelly clinical psychologist, autistic ADHDer, and founder of Therapist Rising to talk honestly about what burnout really looks like behind closed doors.

We explore:
• Why burnout doesn’t mean you’re in the wrong job—but maybe the wrong system
• The guilt of wanting to step back from a role you worked so hard for
• How to stop waiting for the breakdown and start making things sustainable now

This one’s especially for neurodivergent health professionals and high-achieving ADHD women who feel like they’re “too much” and “not enough” all at once.

It’s the kind of real talk that inspired my coaching program, Reclaim Your Rhythm because you shouldn’t have to burn out to know it’s time for a new way.

Stay tuned for the episode dropping later this week!
