Have you ever noticed how often you hold your breath?

When things are getting on top of you, when the hustle is real, when you’ve got a big decision make, maybe it’s just THAT type of day and you can just feel the tension creeping in.. remember to breathe!

It seems so simple.

The funny thing is sometimes the simple and most effective things are the first to go out the window.

We keeping pushing and pushing - forgetting to just take a minute.

And that’s all you need.

60 seconds of intentional breathing - it’s that easy.

Nothing fancy. Not a single person around you even needs to know what you’re doing.

Breathe in for 4.

Hold for 4.

Out for 4.

Hold for 4.

Now, go again.

Repeat for 60 seconds or even a few minutes if you can.

Do it on your commute.

Before a meeting.

Sitting in the car after school / day care drop off.

Between tasks at home or even just in the shower.

Start with small micro moments and slowly build.

All you need is a quiet space where you can pay attention to your breathing ~ just for a minute!

The biggest mistake you’re making..

I get it ~ you’re tired, run down and there’s so much sh*t you need to get done but you’ve got NOTHING in the tank…

So, you reach for caffeine!

What you don’t realise is that caffeine that you’re relying on to get you through, well…it’s gaslighting you!

Bc it’s giving you the false illusion that it’s there for you but it’s actually leaving you feeling even more tired and wired.

Instead, try this..

🌿 Drink more water! PLEASE before you reach for anything fizzy, sweet or loaded with caffeine - go grab yourself some water!! Aim for a minimum of 2 litres per day. Even start your morning with water!

🌿 Clean up your nutrition. And don’t you dare think we’re talking about diet - that’s not what this is about. This is about a really simple solution to more energy.

Swap out the sweets for whole foods. I know you think those sweet snacks are there for you - but they’re not!! They’re just fluffing your feathers then letting you crash with even less energy.

Instead - swap out your sweets or big bag of chippies with some real food. A handful of nuts, a tin of tuna, a handful of berries, a couple boiled eggs, a protein shake or go have a decent meal if you need to!

It doesn’t need to be fancy - just keep it simple. Because that energy slump you’re feeling is your body calling out to you and asking you to give it some TLC - it’s not actually asking you for caffeine!!

Try this for 14 days (damn, do it just for 3 if that’s too much) and come let me know in the comments how you’re feeling x

WELCOME!!! I’m so glad you’re here x

I’ve always been passionate about women’s health. If you sit down with me for a cuppa, the conversation will inevitably ALWAYS end up there.

Why? Because I know from personal experience + well over a decade of industry experience, I’ve seen first hand that when we create time, habits, routines and behaviours that prioritise our health ~ it’s creates the platform to show up for ourselves & our families differently. Personally for me ~ it’s about legacy + longevity and wanting to have the energy to soak up and create memories with my beautiful boys.

I’m not just passionate about how we eat and move our bodies. I’m passionate about holistic health. How we care for ourselves + reducing toxicity and load on our system to reduce the risk and likelihood of chronic illness and disease.

For some time, I’ve been looking for or wanted to create a business + tools that supported my vision to help women be their best selves and teach them how to prioritise their health and wellbeing.

I didn’t want a one and done, quick fix type of thing or a guide that women would print off and never read. I wanted to create a ripple effect of lifestyle changing, confidence boosting, surviving to thriving in life kind of change. I wanted to provide practical advice coupled with natural low tox prudcts I knew I could trust.

So, I embraced the opportunity to blend my background of 15+ years in the health and wellbeing industry together with becoming a brand partner and building my own business with Young Living and the most incredible low tox health, home and wellbeing products.
