Hosted by Lula founders Aisling & Margaret, sisters who have both experienced breast cancer, this not-for-profit community event is your opportunity to take a pause, find strength in community, and walk away feeling rejuvenated and empowered.

Hear from Dr. Sue Jackson a wellbeing psychologist who will provide practical tools for cultivating mindfulness and resilience.

Elise Catchlove will guide you through a breathwork session and share her Vedic Mediation practice, with knowledge you can implement right away. No fluff. No pretzel poses.

And Dr. Janet Schloss, a clinical nutritionist and naturopath will share her expertise in reducing the symptoms of cancer treatments with nutrition and complementary medicine.
