I almost didn’t share this, but I have a feeling someone needs to hear it.

There are people in the sound healing space who will let you know pretty quickly that you don’t belong there yet.
Too new. Too enthusiastic. Just a “hippy with a crystal bowl.”

And if I’m honest—it stings.

Because I didn’t find sound healing through the “right” pathway or under the “right” teacher at the “right” time.
I found it when I was desperate.

Late term miscarriage. Four kids. A diagnosis of a terminal brain disease for next pregnancy.
A nervous system that had no idea what calm even felt like.

Sound healing came into my life when I didnt even know I needed it the most, and it gave me a place to land.

Not a fix. Not a miracle cure.
Just something steady. Something grounding.
Something that helped me find my feet when everything else felt like quicksand.

I’m not here claiming to heal anyone.
I’m simply sharing something I deeply love—with respect, with care, and with a whole lot of heart.

There is nothing wrong with being new.
There is nothing wrong with being enthusiastic about something that helped pull you back from the edge.

We all started somewhere.
Even the ones who now seem so established.
