✨COMING FOR YOU, 2022✨

On this day last year, I decided to take the leap and bring Emdorphins Fitness to life. Six months later, I was my own boss working full-time as a PT and loving every minute ☺️🙏🏻

It’s crazy to look back and realise that I made my dream a reality in one year - but it’s only the beginning! I’m excited to keep learning and improving in 2022, not only as a person but as a trainer, too.

I feel so lucky to be doing what I love and working with incredible clients every day - here’s to another bigger and better year of it 🥰💪🏻

Here is your Friday reminder to make the most of every single day. The sun will continue to rise and set and it’s up to you what you do with the time in between ⛅️

Start that thing you’ve always wanted to do. Whatever it is. Starting a business. Getting back into something. Working on yourself. Eating better. Exercising. Trying out a new hobby.

Stop waiting for the ‘right’ time! The right time is now. You can start small TODAY - if you do, you might even look back in a few years wishing you’d started earlier - I’ve been there 🙃

It’s not always easy stuff. We all have days when we’re not in the mood, lose motivation or simply aren’t organised enough 🤯

WHAT'S SO GOOD ABOUT OATS? 🥣🍓

I'm glad you asked! Oats are:
✔️ high in fibre
✔️ a natural superfood - 100% whole grains
✔️ a great source of protein and carbs for long-lasting energy
✔️ good for heart health

The best part about oats is adding whatever the heck you want on top - mix a little protein powder into them, or add your favourite fruit, nuts and spreads on top! My go-to combo is strawberries, sugar-free maple syrup, chia seeds, cashews, peanut butter and a hint of strawberry jam 😍
