Given the recent nature of the Australian Healthcare System in which members of the community are now questioning more than every the accessibility to holistic, high quality and comprehensive medical assistance go no further than Urgent Care Medix - you advocate for the community to ensure optimal healthcare for all in SEQ.
Updates to service hours from 0700 - 1900 Monday to Friday (telehealth, face to face and video conferencing services available)
Concerns with an emergent issue? 13HEALTH not providing a response consistent to clients care plan? - please consider a clinical review by Urgent Care Medix prior to escalations of care to hospitals, GPs or specialist.
Extensive experience in critical care, disability and aged care services including complex care planning/support plans, emergent management in home, palliative care/end of life services and assessments, reports or statements for advocacy provided per client requests for ongoing financial sustainability in coordination of supports/funding.
Extensive experience in restrictive practices (not BSP) but have experience in advanced pharmacology including chemical restraints and harm minimisation physical or environmental restrictions management.
Experienced with all developmental stages. Will work with multidisciplinary team members and GPs to individualise care to be tailored to specific requests from the client and key stakeholders.
