Complete the Following Tasks:
• FITNESS: Test Your Fitness. Measure the distance completed in 13 minutes on 2 separate Cardio Machines. Repeat test in the
middle and end of Challenge to gauge fitness improvement.
• IMPLEMENT: Attend an appointment with a Pace Trainer for a plan for 2026.
• EXERCISE: Complete 2026 mins of exercise (approx. 5.5hrs pw)
• OPTIONAL: Lose 2.6% of Body Weight (optional extra)

Congratulations to all who participated and completed TRI CHALLENGE 2025.
Special mention to Paul Stopforth (Most Distance Completed), Anthony Clarke (Most Improved) & Nicki Whyte (Most Dedicated).
Nicki was presented with the "John Hook Memorial Plaque". Sadly, we lost John this year after a short battle with Melanoma. John loved participating in Triathlon & Running events. We miss him greatly but will continue to remember him each year with this award. Nicki has finished the TRI CHALLENGE each time we have run it.... since 2012.

We retrospectively added the names of TRI CHALLENGE participants who had been awarded the Most Dedicated in previous years. Previous winners were Paul Stopforth, Mary Blowers, Wally Moubarak, Sarah Lian & Bridget Copland.
