Complete the Following Tasks:
β’ FITNESS: Test Your Fitness. Measure the distance completed in 13 minutes on 2 separate Cardio Machines. Repeat test in the
middle and end of Challenge to gauge fitness improvement.
β’ IMPLEMENT: Attend an appointment with a Pace Trainer for a plan for 2026.
β’ EXERCISE: Complete 2026 mins of exercise (approx. 5.5hrs pw)
β’ OPTIONAL: Lose 2.6% of Body Weight (optional extra)
