I wanted to share this and have permission from the author:
“Hello everyone,
It is me again. For the ones that never saw a post from me here, I am Stefani, a speech pathologist specialised in feeding and swallowing disorders in newborns and infants and I work as a researcher for the University of Sydney. One of the projects we are working on is part of my PhD research, which is about the perspective of mothers on service delivery related to infant feeding difficulties.
This research will help us to understand if the healthcare professionals are actually helping mums and their babies, or if we need to educate ourselves more to better provide to our communities.
To achieve that, we developed a survey that asks questions about your experience with feeding difficulties, if you got any help, and how it was. That can help us to see the necessity to improve our services and help other mums and their babies to start this beautiful feeding journey in a much happier and efficient way.
If you have 10 to 15 minutes and can/want to help, please, click on the link below.
Thank you so much for your time.”

Attention: If you have more than one child with feeding difficulties and would like to answer for each one of them, please answer one questionnaire per child.
