Hello, and welcome to Inhale Exhale 🌿
Providing gentle 1:1 support sessions.
Over the past couple of years, my own journey has deepened: in listening, in slowing down, and in understanding how much our nervous systems carry when life asks a lot of us.
Inhale Exhale has always been about creating space to breathe, and that intention feels more true now than ever.
Here, I offer gentle, client-led sessions for anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, or simply needing a safe place to land. This is a space to slow down, be heard, and reconnect with yourself — without pressure to fix or change anything.
Sessions will grow to include:
• Walk & Talk support
• Reiki (in-person or distant)
• Mindfulness and grounding practices
• Breathing techniques
• Nervous system awareness and regulation
• Inner child awareness and
self-compassion practices
• Home visits for support
Sessions are paced with care, consent, and respect for where you’re at. You’re always in control, and support is offered within clear, ethical boundaries.
