Virtual staging isn’t new, but the rise of AI-generated imagery has changed the conversation. Speed and cost matter, but trust matters more.
When staging is done poorly, it can misrepresent a space, set the wrong expectations and ultimately work against sellers, landlords and buyers.
At Little Hinges, virtual staging is created by in-house designers who understand scale, light, geometry and the target market for each property. It’s a practical, cost-effective way to help buyers visualise a space, without the logistics or expense of physical furniture.
For the right properties, particularly apartments and listings attracting interstate or overseas interest, virtual staging can be efficient and effective. But only when it’s done honestly and done well.
