Taylor embodied a resilient attitude during our most recent STRONG challenge and the results showed.

Taylor originally struggled with a consistent training structure and eating enough of the right foods. With our systematic approach to training and nutrition, we coached Taylor on specific areas she was struggling.

The results were both physical and mental, admitting to us, this was the first time she had been able to stick with program.

Tayla is an incredible participant in our Wicked Strong program. Tayla's perspective on fitness has completely changed since joining Wicked Fit. At Wicked Fit we aspire to create thinking athletes and help people find a passion in fitness.

Becoming a thinking athlete starts with developing a strong sense of personal responsibility. Athletes need to understand that they are ultimately in control of their own progress and success. They recognise that their performance is not solely determined by external factors, but also by their own effort, dedication, and decision-making.

To cultivate accountability, athletes must develop a deep understanding of their goals and aspirations. They set clear, measurable objectives and create a roadmap to achieve them. By visualising their desired outcomes and breaking them down into manageable steps, they can better assess their progress and adjust their strategies accordingly.

Self-reflection is another crucial aspect of becoming a thinking athlete.
