• S t o r y T i m e •

Lately, I’ve noticed I’ve been feeling activated. That can show up as stress, anxiety, overthinking, panic, but also excitement, nervousness - all signs of an activated nervous system, not “good” nor “bad”, but not sustainable over a period of time.

For me, I’ve felt in my head. I’ve been on my phone too much, in my thoughts, mind racing - out of touch with my body and my practices.

Why am I telling you this? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Because I’m human! We are all living a human experience, and there is no “right” or “wrong” way to be experiencing it! 👣

We can all have our moments of connection and disconnect - from ourselves and others. And that’s okay! ❤️

I felt grateful today, noticing my state. I was cleaning, and I walked into my healing room and immediately my crystal singing bowls called to me (not out loud, but boy did I feel the pull!) 😌

I struck them. One by one, I gave them a gentle strike.

IMMEDIATELY, I felt the shift in my energy as the bowls sung and resonated their vibration through my being.

Simple. Gentle. Intentional. 🤌🏼

THIS is why I love them. THIS is why I crave to share them with the world. 🎵

✨ Who is behind Elemental? ✨

Hi lovelies! For those of you who don’t know me, let introduce myself.

My name is Katie ✨ and I’m here holding sacred space and facilitate you connecting with your inner healer, to find peace, balance and wellness.

A little bit about me:

🌸 I am a level 2 Reiki Practitioner & feel grateful to be holding a safe, sacred space for others in a 1:1 setting.

✨ I’m an ambivert. I adore socialising, but always love embracing my down time to rest and recharge.

👩🏼‍⚕️ I’m a Registered Nurse and have been for the past 5 years.

🦋 Since becoming a Reiki practitioner, my sleep, energy, inner peace and physical pain has improved immensely!

🌿 My happy place is outside, soaking up the suns rays with my feet in the ground or surrounded by nature (rainforests, waterfalls, beach - I love it all! 😍)

I will be using this space to share more about myself, Elemental & our exciting news to come! (I’m not giving too much away but think product launches, exclusive offers, events! 🤫)

Reiki is a great way to bring yourself back into balance, reconnect with yourself and ease stress, tension & busy minds (and that’s just the start).

Choose to let go of the guilt, the shame, the negative self talk. 🌬

If we carve out time to intentionally REST, we can be more intentional with our WORK and PLAY. 💥
