Kinloop is a family-first communication platform for aged care.
Founded from a simple but uncomfortable observation:
when someone moves into care, families often lose insight into daily life and relationships deteriorate. Not because staff don’t care, but because the systems aren’t built for connection.
Phone calls replace context. Visits become awkward. Conversations shrink to “How are you?”, “Yeah I’m okay..” and relationships slowly drift.
Kinloop is designed to change that.
It gives carers a fast, low-burden way to share daily moments, care updates, activities, to meals, updates, newsletters and facility highlights. This gives families a calm, private timeline that helps them stay genuinely connected to their loved one’s life in care, so when visits do occur or phone calls happen families can be more encouraging, engaged and supportive of their loved one in care.

Importantly, it’s not a clinical system or a heavy admin tool.
It’s a communication layer that fits around existing workflows, built for real shifts, real staff, and real families.
With the changes to the Aged Care Act placing stronger emphasis on transparency, dignity, and resident-centred care, we believe there’s an opportunity to rethink how facilities communicate. Not just for compliance, but for trust.
Kinloop is still early, but it’s being built carefully, deliberately, and with deep respect for the people it’s meant to serve.
