The Little OT Co is dedicated to implementing a holistic, child-led and play-based approach to support children (0-7 years) of all abilities to engage in their daily occupations. We aim to maximise performance and participation in childhood occupations, and to build every child’s independence, skills and abilities to engage in all of the things they want, need and are expected to do everyday. Play is the primary occupation of early childhood - and one of the most powerful tools for building skills, confidence and connection.

Through play, children explore their world, try new movements, and develop skills in ways that truly matter.

That’s why I centre play in my practice - because it’s where potential is discovered and meaningful progress begins.
