Boxing Session Today with Halie Carter🔥🥊
Halie smashed out the following workout in 40 minutes:
50 jabs - 20m run - 50 hooks - 20m run - 50 overhead punches - 20m run - 50 uppercuts - 20m run x 2 sets.
Core circuit:
30 x shoulder taps
30 x scissor kicks
30 x arm flutters
30 x double crunch
Jab ladder -
20 jabs - 10m run - 2 pushups - 10m run back - minus 2 jabs each time until 0!
Core circuit x 1.
Hooks + Squat Jump Ladder -
20 Hooks + 2 Squat Jumps —> 18 Hooks + 4 Squat Jumps. Repeat pattern until 2 Hooks + 20 Jump Squats
Core circuit x 1
