8 Months post combined Functional and Cosmetic rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Pre operative functional issues included deviation of the distal septum to the left with obstruction at the external nasal valve region, convex ala with lateral wall collapse and further severe septal deviation internally. Cosmetic concerns included a dorsal hump, over projected nose, boxy tip with significant assymetry and cephallically orientated lower lateral crura.
