Rob gained 6KG of muscle and dropped 4KG body fat… Mad.

Rob came to me lacking progress with his training. He was following a plan, he had some structure, but he had plateaued.

We had a great chat (on a Roadmap call) about exactly where his issues were.

Sometimes things can seem complex for you but when you chat to a coach, we can see things from a different angle.

We set Rob up with a clear plan which he stuck to meticulously.

The result?

“This is the entire time I trained on your program.”

* 6KG muscle gain

Anthony had the career dialled in.

High-performing corporate role. Leading a team.

Two kids and wife at home. Real responsibility on both fronts.

But for over a decade, he sat above 100kg with no real structure.

No consistent training.
No plan for food.
No time carved out for himself.

Just stress, long days, and a body that wasn’t reflecting the man he knew he was.

I used to hate the discomfort that came with growth.

Now I run toward it.

Most people chase comfort. The path of least resistance. It feels easy—until it costs you everything that matters.

I’m not perfect, but I am committed:
You’re not here to waste your life being comfortable and stuck.

Feeling too comfortable?
Audit these:

Training – No training = soft body, weaker mind.
(3x45min sessions is enough to stay sharp.)

Nutrition – Skipping meals or takeout = energy drops.
(Use a measuring cup for oils—easy calorie win.)

Alcohol – “Just one” becomes a habit.
(No drinks on school nights = simple boundary.)

Sleep – 6 hours isn’t enough.
(Aim for 7+ hrs. You’ll feel it.)

Stress – Scattered mind. No reset.
(Create quick daily wind-down moments.)

Time with your partner – “Later” often becomes never.
(Schedule daily, weekly, monthly connection.)

With every client, there’s always one next step that matters most.

Find it. Do it.
Then momentum builds.

Getting in shape won’t fix everything.
But it gives you the edge to handle anything.

He left his corporate gig a few years back and founded his own e-commerce company

The day ​ to day grind of being a CEO 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘧 𝘌𝘝𝘌𝘙𝘠𝘛𝘏𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳) got him ultra-focused on business… and not a lot else

Great husband, a great father, giving his all…
But his body, his face and his mindset were telling a different story…

He used to play footy and was fit, strong and ripped back in the day…

Now

32 years old, married man with 2 young kids
He was smashing it in his business, but neglecting his health, fitness and mindset

I did our onboarding process and got him focussed on the key metrics that I know move the needle for these blokes
