🌞 Morning Mobility Flow — Start Your Day Right ✨
If you wake up feeling stiff or achy — legs heavy, back tight — this gentle morning practice is for you. 🌿
Start your day with mindful movement and breath — straight from bed! It only takes around 10 minutes (about a minute per pose). Move slowly, breathe deeply, and notice how your body softens and opens with each breath.
🫶🏽 Begin with 3 slow breaths. Repeat and extend the inhale and exhale each time.
🤍 Gentle Knees to Chest hug. 🌙 Side Twists — sway softly side to side.
🩵 Happy Baby — move side to side, loosening hips.
☀️ Legs Up the wall (No Wall) — alternate one leg down, one up.
🌸 Touch Toes Overhead — lengthen and stretch.
🦋 Butterfly Pose — open the hips, breathe.
💫 Raised Butterfly — hold your feet, lift your head gently.
🕊️ Floor Pigeon Pose — soften into the stretch, swap sides.
🌿 Bridge Pose — lift and lower with your breath.
🌺 Side Stretch — reach arm over arm, lengthen.
🐚 Roll to All Fours — sit back to Child’s Pose, moving up and down.
🌻 Mountain Pose — standing now, take gentle forward folds flow, then hold while hanging down, grasping elbows - sway side to side, then hold, and breathe deeply.
