Where It All Began....

Hi, I’m Kassie-Marie. I'm a passionate partner and mother of three, I'm in my last year of my behavioural psychology degree and I'm a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. As a young girl, I questioned my behaviour, my mindset and why I struggled with self esteem, anger and my mental health. When I became a young mother and soon after a single mother of two girls, I KNEW there had to be a way to do better for myself and my daughters. Here is where my passion for all things woman and mother grew. I have served women for many years, first as a Doula and birth worker for almost a decade and now I help women find their power by freeing them from unhealthy beliefs and habits, helping them break family cycles and heal from trauma. Helping women connect with their worth, taking control of their lives and health, is my drive. Rapid Transformational Therapy helps to guide my clients in discovering what is deep in their subconscious. With this knowledge you can release the mental chains that hold you down, giving you the control and power to live your own truth!
