✨ Episode 50 is here on Monday and it’s a special one.

We’re talking grief, loss, and ADHD, a conversation that’s so needed but rarely had.

This week on podcast, I’m joined by the beautiful Katrina from .talks . She shares her story of losing her mum as a teenager, navigating infertility and pregnancy loss, and how her late ADHD diagnosis helped her finally make sense of the way she grieved.

We explore:
💔 the grief no one sees, like lost time, identity, or friendships
🤯 why grief often shows up differently in neurodivergent people
🧠 how masking, RSD, and executive dysfunction shape our grieving
🍼 the heartbreak of infertility and motherhood not feeling how you thought it would
🌿 and the power of rituals, self-compassion, and grieving your way

🎧 Episode drops Monday
While you wait, catch up on past eps of ADHD Her Way, and thank you for helping this little podcast reach 50 episodes 🥹💕

hit by an emotional freight train… and you’re still expected to reply to emails and make dinner? 🫠

You over-explained a text and now feel cringe.
Your friend didn’t reply and suddenly your brain says, “She hates me.”
Your boss gave neutral feedback and you spiral for hours.

Yep. That’s an emotional hangover. Especially if you’re ADHD or AuDHD and dealing with Rejection Sensitivity (RSD).

You might need tools for when RSD hits hard that help you to:
✨ Regulate.
✨ Recenter.
✨ Repeat.

Save this for the next time your brain runs wild.
And if you want a few cheat sheets with quick tips?

From the outside, you look fine.
Inside? Your brain’s gone into full-blown panic mode over a tiny mistake.
Let’s name it: Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD).

It’s not about being dramatic.
It’s not about overreacting.
It’s your nervous system reacting to a perceived social threat and for ADHDers and Autistic folks, that threat can feel life-altering.

Maybe you…
💭 Rehash convos for days
💭 Get physically sick from “messing up”
💭 Avoid situations where you might get judged
💭 People-please just to feel safe
💭 Feel like a burden for needing help

Sound familiar? You’re not alone and it’s not a personality flaw.

✨ I’ve created a free guide to help you understand and navigate RSD, especially when it hits out of nowhere. And an in depth training next week if you’d like more!

Just comment or DM “RSDGUIDE” below and I’ll send it straight to you 💌

Small negative comments, a look, or silence sends you completely spiralling?🌀 Same!

That pit in your stomach.
The overthinking.
The shame storm that leaves you second-guessing everything.

That might not be “just being sensitive”.
It could be Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) a common experience in ADHDers and Autistic women. (Myself… a psychologist included).

🧠 Psychiatrist Dr. William Dodson estimates RSD affects 99% of people with ADHD.
And 1 in 3 say it’s the worst part.

If you:
• Rehash conversations long after they’re over
• Get emotionally knocked out by perceived rejection or criticism
• Try to be perfect to avoid being misunderstood or let down…

✨ This workshop is for you.

In this 90-minute live webinar, we’ll cover:
• What RSD really is and why it feels so intense
• Your Brooklyn 9-9 RSD coping style (because healing can be fun too)
• How to break the spiral and feel more regulated, not reactive

✨ I’m a 2025 AusMumpreneur Finalist ✨

As a neurodivergent woman, this feels huge.

To be recognised in a category like online education…When I was the kid who couldn’t sit still in class, who was constantly in trouble for doing things differently…
That feels like healing.

This business is built on everything I wish I’d been told. Not to feel like we needed to be fixed, but get the most out of who we already are.

delivers coaching and courses for the women who are capable as hell, but never given the tools.
Who are ready to do things differently, and finally see what’s possible.

To be recognised for that means more than I can say.
Thank you 💛
