Instead, if you were to just change your perspective on success as it being the result of consistent small actions that build up over time, you make success inevitable for yourself in the long-term.

It takes time and effort to see results, and that’s perfectly normal. The important thing to remember is that your efforts are never wasted.

Even if you aren’t seeing the results you want right now, it’s important to focus on the present moment and take action to move in the direction of your goals.

It’s not about achieving the end result, but rather about the process you use to get there.

DANIELLE NEVER HAD SUCCESS WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAM UNTIL SHE DID THIS!!….

Danielle is a “busy mum”. With two kids and working full time, fitness has never been a big part of her life.

Like many busy mums, she always had other priorities…

Her family and business..

But deep down she knew she needed to focus more on her health.

She knew she took it for granted and if she continued on the path she was on, one day she probably wouldn’t have her health any more.

Her biggest fear was not being able to take care of her loved ones.

So she took the next step, and reached out to us.

I still eat my favourite food!

The first time I heard about a growth mindset in my late teens, it blew me away.

It made so much sense but why had no one talked about this in school?

The way we think about our skills and talents not only affects the way we feel, it can also affect what we achieve, whether we stick to new habits, or if we will go on to develop new skills.

A growth mindset means that you believe your intelligence and talents can be developed over time. A fixed mindset means that you believe intelligence is fixed—so if you’re not good at something, you might believe you’ll never be good at it.

The whole idea that we can change our own outcomes by simply what we say to ourselves is still a principle I use in my coaching business today.

When my clients aren’t achieving something they want, we take it right back to the thought process at the time. If the thought process was fixed like “I’ll never be good at this” then the outcome/behaviour will likely be negative or something that won’t take them closer to their goals.

If you want to achieve your goals, simply start by opening your mind up to a growth mindset and changing the things you say to yourself .

Being confident is a mindset. You can appear like the most confident person on the outside but if you keep looking down on yourself, talking poorly about yourself, and diminishing who you are, you won't truly feel confident.

You don’t have to be arrogant or brag to be confident.

When you start thinking more highly of yourself and you start looking at yourself as someone who is still learning and growing instead of trying to be perfect, you’ll start to feel like you’re amazing.
You’ll naturally start feeling proud of who you are and how far you’ve come.

Stop thinking you're less than others or you can't do hard things or you're a victim in your life. Shift the way you perceive yourself - once you realize that your progress is more important than perfection, the way you act changes.

You'll start to act more confident because you'll start to feel like you deserve to be confident. Like you deserve to feel that power.
It all starts with how you choose to perceive yourself.
