A sore throat is usually the first line of defense when you are getting hit by an environmental threat. I tend to get on top of the sore throat ASAP which helps halt it going further down into my respiratory system.

🤓THROAT SPRAY RECIPE:
❇️Add 10 drops per oil shown in the image
❇️Top with filtered water
❇️Shake + spray the back of your throat 3x.
❇️Use as often as needed!
❇️Store in the fridge so it’s nice + cool + extra soothing.
