Sacred Feminine Connection

Be yourself... and love you....then others will do the same. Welcome. What is the Feminine? The Feminine Essence that lives inside every woman. What is presence?

It’s an energetic, empowering, and magnetic quality that has nothing to do with the way you look on the outside. When a woman embodies her feminine essence she does not need to project a powerful persona to attract the respect and attention she wants. She becomes attractive, radiant, sensual, and grounded. There are women who walk into a room and are noticed by many. They have an air of confidence about them that is attractive. There are others who frequently comment that "no one remembers I was even there." One has 'presence,' one does not. Presence makes people feel more attracted to you, and trusting of you. In the pursuit of a career, or having to take care of so many people around them, many women have disconnected from their feminine essence and their personal presence without realizing it. This affects everything. From being able to attract and keep a passionate lasting love, the state of our health, fulfillment in our work, and to the unfortunate situation of women competing against women everywhere.

As I prepare for tonight's class, I am reminded of why I love to facilitate this work.

It requires that I walk my talk.

It asks me to be authentic, as I share from my own vulnerability in circle.

I have to practice being present feeling what I'm feeling here and now, recognising the habits and patterns that hinder love and growth in my life.

And that's exactly what I facilitate in these sessions with the women who come into the Activate Your Feminine® space.

Together we explore those deeper realms of being human, our fears and beliefs, our truths and joy and our feminine being in all her lightness, darkness, strength, power, grittiness, mess, beauty, wonder and awe.

It's not too late to join us tonight.

I’m thinking about love today and all it means. Love of self, love In relationship, love.

It’s so delightfully beautiful and smooth and happily ever after if we believe Hollywood movies

And so many of us grew up on a diet of those stories that ended on the wedding day!

Did that really happen for you?

Relationship can be hard work and sometimes I’ve wondered whether it’s worth the struggle.

Wouldn’t it be easier to just let it go, stay out of relationship and just live without the challenge??

But where’s the fun in that?

Where’s the learning?

Where’s the opportunity to be messy and drop my bundle and do those big snotty, sniffly, nose runny cries and still be loved and held through it all?

I know that being emotionally open, being kind, being thoughtful are ways of being and relationships push us to be this.

It is a gift to have the opportunity to learn to love,

To put aside self interest at times and to see with the eyes of love,

To think with a clear intellect,

To hear with discernment,

To love with open heart,

To share with kindness,

To hold strong boundaries,

To align my spirit with their spirit.

So it’s no coincidence that I’m being pulled inexorably to practice Spiritual Healing,

to offer it to clients again...because as I do this in my work,

I have to practice it in my personal life too

and so the uncomfortable bits in my relationship are coming to the fore.

It’s as though Spirit is saying “So you want to be a healer then get this s**t out!”

Or in more traditional words “Healer heal thyself!”

The feminine rhythm is slower than the fast pace of our world.

It is so important for us as women to take some time to reconnect with our deep, feminine being.

She is powerful, compassionate, creative, proactive, replenishing, receptive and delightful.

She is yearning to come to the fore and bring her gifts to our world.

What can you do today to slow down and meet your deep, rich inner being?
