There is a Cherokee prophecy that speaks about this century. It states that the bird of humanity has a male wing and a female wing. The bird of humanity has been flying for centuries with primarily only its male wing and the female wing has been unable to extend. Due to this the male or yang wing has gotten overly muscularized to the point of violence, and the bird of humanity has been soaring in circles unable to fly in the right direction. The prophecy says that in the 21st century the female wing will fully extend and express itself fully in men and women. The male energy or the yang energy will relax and the bird of humanity will soar." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

Within women (and men) lives the feminine, yin, or omega principle. This principle has long been "cast out" or "shamed" within society, however; this is the very essence that our world is needing. It's the exhale, the silent wisdom, the intuition, the connection to our earth, humanity, love, and creator. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

As women, we have this essence very alive within us, however, we have learned to become more masculine to survive in this over masculinized world. It is more important than ever that we soften into our feminine again. That we learn to trust our own pace, rhythm, and ways of creating and being. It's time for us to focus less on achievement and more on connection. Through this, we will achieve more than we could push ourselves to succeed, be good enough, or make it. It's time to learn to lead, create, and manifest by following the subtle messages of your body and heart. In this way, we will heal ourselves. We will inspire our communities and empower others to soar with us!

My edits for my chapter ~ THE RAINBOW WARRIORS ~ in JAGUAR MEDICINE: Fierce Feminine Frequency Keepers Birthing the New Earth, are COMPLETE🥳

I am feeling so honoured and grateful to be a THIRD time contributing author, with my publisher Shannon Van Den Berg of Kiva Publishing and THIS multi-author book most especially, has me in my full FLOW!

…Though I only met Mother Jaguar consciously in recent years through my Medicine Wheel Facilitator Training, I see, feel, and know that she’s been with me since the beginning…

In my chapter, I introduce Mother Jaguar to the readers, share some of the powerful initiations I’ve experienced with Her (through the span of my life and beyond), and enlighten (through the Eye of the Eagle), about the magick and medicine Mother Jaguar is offering us and this world, NOW! I also speak to this Ancient Art (from many original cultures around the world) and in particular, the Andean Shamans perspective of – Dreaming into Being.

…The Dreamtime/Creative Matrix is not existing outside of us but is actually within. It interweaves all energy and matter as One. We, The Rainbow Warriors, know that this ability of Dreaming into Being is a grand gift and part of our Soulful responsibilities in sacred service to our beloved Pachamama (Mother Earth) and All Her Beings! This is a Divine duty we choose to accept and honour, not just for ourselves but for All life and for the generations yet to come, so they may inherit a World of Peace and Prosperity.

Ultimately, the choice is yours.
You can choose to continue having the life, experiences and relationships you are, or you can choose to create a different reality.
You can choose to be wounded and traumatised over and over, or you can choose to alchemise wounds into wisdom and “transform traumas into treasures”.
You can choose to be a victim of your life, circumstances, and relationships, or you can become the victor in your story.
You can choose to be in a state of “Poverty” Consciousness, or you can choose to expand your horizons and take the leap of faith into “Prosperity” Consciousness.
The choice is always yours…

What are you Dreaming into Being?

Magick Monday

I awoke this morning from Dreams of lovers from LONG ago and decided to dive into a cord cutting meditation that I have worked with several times and for several individuals and differing sexual/intimate experiences that were shared.
Those consciously known to me and those not.
Those who I gave permission to and those who chose to take without my knowing, blessing and ability to protect myself.

There was one boy in particular, who I felt to focus on this morning with regards to this practice, given he was a highlight in my dream.

I say boy because we were such young and firery teens when we ignited our passionate and sexual intimacy with one another.

At the time, it was somewhat of a "forbidden love", due to various details of the dynamic and therefore, we experienced one another through "secrecy".

This just added to the juiciness of our connection and after all these years, I still find myself giggling just thinking about all the mischief and mayhem we created!!

This boy had the courage to be open about our connection but it was me and the fragility of my Heart at the time, which found me unable to open myself fully to him.
Needless to say, this caused a lot of chaos within and around us.

After about a decade or more, I still find myself sifting through layers of guilt and grief, with regards to this connection and how I was unable to love him deeply, fully and with Divinity.

Given that he is soon to be married and with this dream presenting itself around this Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse, it is time for me to yet again, listen, honour and act in accordance with what is being asked of me~ to let go now with unconditional love, compassion and forgiveness.

During this meditation, I managed to unlock the stream of tears for this boy and our connection.

I then found myself intuitively drawn to creating this Altar, deepening my intentions and grounding with Rapè.
I anointed my body with this Sacred Earth Oil infused with Jasper Crystals, from my travels in Glastonbury and infused my intentions into my Yoni Rose Quartz Crystal Wand.

These intentions then infused into my Yoni/Womb and through Self pleasure, I unlocked more tears to flow freely through me.
Alchemising HUCHA (heavy) energy, into SAMI (Light) energy.
PAIN into PLEASURE
TRAUMAS into TREASURES.
WOUNDS into WISDOM.
POVERTY into PROSPERITY.

LIBERATING myself of guilt and grief I have been carrying, for all the times I have been unable to love deeply, fully and with Divinity.

VALIDATING myself with regards to WHY I have found myself unconsciously weaving webs and enticing men within, to be swallowed whole and spat out.

~ Quite simply, the inner Dark Feminine, engulfed in toxicity from traumas, was replaying programs and patterns that were imprinted within me from long ago, by those who were unable to love from a pure place within.

REGULATING my nervous system, to feel safe and sound to receive the lessons available in each of these experiences and to choose to love mySELF and others more deeply, fully and with Divinity, so that I no longer need to continue learning through pain and can instead, choose to learn with pleasure, presence and prosperity.

To all those who I have been unable to love deeply, fully and with Divinity~
💚I am sorry.
💚Please forgive me.
💚Thank you.
💚I love you.

To all those who have been unable to love me deeply, fully and with Divinity~
🙏I forgive you.
🙏I thank you.
🙏I honour you.

I AM FREE to learn to LOVE mySELF.
YOU ARE FREE to learn to LOVE yourSELF.
WE ARE FREE to LOVE.

Through loving oursevles, may we learn to love All with more Divinity, sincerity and depth.

And so it is.

* I AM so grateful for the past 2 years of my education in particular and prior to that, the other 8 years, as well as my life experiences in this lifetime and many oth3rs, which have lead me to better know mySELF and WHY I've attracted certain relationships, circumstances and experiences.

It is my absolute pleasure to now guide others to become the observer of patterns playing on repeat, in their lives.
To become aware of programs imprinted from LONG ago.
To encourage others to embrace their inner power and re-write these limiting beliefs, thoughts, projections and identities, so that they no longer need to let scarcity stories lead their life.
Instead, embracing and emBODYing PLEASURE, PRESENCE and PROSPERITY, as the leader of their life!

It's been a dream of mine since at least 2016, to hold space for couples and guide inner union of the Feminine and Masculine, so that relationships external may also flow in Ayni~ Right Relationship (harmony).

So, I'm feeling incredibly grateful for this opportunity that so easefully presented itself for me to hold space for this beautiful and brave couple to experience a Cacao Ceremony together, honouring their 7 year wedding anniversary 💖 What a beautiful way to celebrate!

We weaved the inner Feminine and Masculine into union with one another.
Opened dialogue with the Ho'Oponopono Prayer~ Hawaiian Art of Forgiveness.
Shimmy shook some s**t out and grounded with loving touch, through a little playful partner massage.
Simple but blissful.

Being quite new to Cacao, we flowed lightly but they're keen to dive deeper and explore realms of intimacy, through Sacred Sexuality also 🧡

Feeling so honoured and grateful to be deepening my expression / experiences of the medicine and magick I'm here to share with the world 🙏
