Urgent Job Opening for Female Support Worker at Cardinal Care Disability Services
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life? Cardinal Care Disability Services is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated female support worker to join our team for an urgent start.
Job Description:
- Provide in-home and community access supports to a 64-year-old male participant in the Beenleigh area.
- Assist with medication administration and PEG management.
- Support with general cleaning and household tasks.
- Liaise with medical professionals and document important notes from appointments.
- Provide assistance with showering and other personal care tasks.
- Flexible shift times, initially 9am - 12pm with potential to extend to 7-8 hours for the right support team.
- Preference for female support workers with excellent verbal English skills.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Experience in disability support or similar field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
